FlowStation Legal Information

1.1 Acceptance

By downloading or using FlowStation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the app immediately.

FlowStation is owned and operated by Faggioni Systems (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

1.2 Purpose

FlowStation provides a secure and convenient interface to connect with your self-hosted n8n server. The app acts purely as a client and does not store or process any automation data externally.

1.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

1. Providing a valid server URL and API token.
2. Managing the security and configuration of your own n8n instance.
3. Ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws and the terms of your hosting provider.

We are not liable for any damage, data loss, or unauthorized access caused by the configuration or operation of your own server.

1.4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Use the app to access or interfere with systems you do not own or control.
2. Attempt to bypass authentication or security mechanisms.
3. Engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior while using the app.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent removal of access.

1.5 Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, and design assets of FlowStation are the intellectual property of Faggioni Systems. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

1.6 Disclaimer of Warranties

FlowStation is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding:

1. Availability or uptime of your connected n8n server.
2. Compatibility with future OS versions or n8n releases.
3. Error-free operation or complete reliability.

Use the app at your own risk.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faggioni Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:

1. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
2. Data loss or corruption.
3. Server downtime or connection issues.

2.1 Information We Collect

a. Server Connection Data

1. Server URL and API token are required to connect FlowStation to your n8n server.
2. This data is stored securely on your device (Keychain on iOS or secure storage on Android).
3. It is never transmitted to our servers or shared externally.

b. Diagnostic Data

We use:

1. Sentry – to collect crash and error reports.
2. Firebase Analytics – to gather anonymous usage statistics.

These tools may collect non-identifiable technical data such as device type, OS version, and app version.

2.2 How We Use Data

We use data only to:

1. Maintain app functionality and user experience.
2. Improve app stability and performance.
3. Detect and fix errors.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

2.3 Third-Party Services

FlowStation integrates the following trusted services:

• Sentry Privacy Policy
• Firebase Privacy Policy

2.4 Data Retention

Your credentials are stored locally and are deleted automatically if you uninstall the app. Analytics and diagnostic data are stored in aggregate form by Sentry and Firebase per their retention policies.

2.5 Your Rights

You can:

1. Delete the app to remove all stored data.
2. Opt out of analytics and error tracking in your device settings (where supported).

2.6 Children’s Privacy

FlowStation is not intended for users under 13 years of age.

3.1 Ownership

FlowStation and its associated trademarks are owned by Faggioni Systems. Unauthorized use of these assets is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

We may update this page from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised version on this page or within the app.
